Personnel and Interested Parties may report (also anonymously when the chosen communication channel allows it) any problems and provide suggestions for improvement, in the following ways:

• Directly by interfacing with their representatives and/or their Department Head;
• Directly interfacing with the SA8000 Workers' Representative;
• Through reports (including anonymous ones) to be dropped in the appropriate box for the forwarding of reports and complaints;
• Via reports to be sent by e-mail (not anonymous) to:

2. info@ciseonweb.it address of the Centre for Innovation and Economic Development - CISE, the certification body identified by Meccanotecnica Umbra;

With the Whistleblowing website, you can inform Meccanotecnica Umbra in case you have witnessed behavior that goes against our Company Policy, our Organization, Management and Control Model issued under Legislative Decree 231/2001 or, in general, against the mandatory law.

How does it work?

2.    Create a report and submit it.
3.    Save the password that is assigned to you
4.    Stay up-to-date on your report via the report page.

You can access your report with your assigned password (or via email messages if you choose to leave your email address).
You and the information you share will be protected by Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 and our secure whistleblowing platform. All data is protected with End-to-End encryption and metadata is removed.
