Signed memorandum of Agreement

OMA S.p.A. and Meccanotecnica Umbra S.p.A., Umbrian companies operating in the aerospace & defense, automotive and industrial sectors, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore possible synergies in areas of common interest, enhancing their respective industrial capabilities and developing new opportunities in international markets.
Meccanotecnica Umbra, with its expansion in various foreign markets, represents an ideal partner to support OMA in expanding its global presence. At the same time, OMA, with its experience in the aerospace & defense sector, is a strategic partner for Meccanotecnica Umbra, favoring its development in a highly regulated sector.
This synergy aims to enhance the operational management of the business for both companies and to support the development of related industries, generating benefits for the Umbrian territory.

The Memorandum is the beginning of a collaboration that could translate into concrete business initiatives in the coming months, with an important international order as the first test.
The Meccanotecnica Umbra Group is the head of a group of companies that includes Huhnseal AB in Sweden and Fugesco Inc. in Canada, with operating subsidiaries in various countries around the world including Turkey, Germany, Brazil, China, India, Canada, Mexico and the United States. Both companies are members of the Umbria Aerospace Cluster, an association that represents the Umbrian regional industry in the aeronautics, space and defense sectors.
