ACQUISITION OF CYCLAM USA & CYCLAM MEXICO
On December 31, 2009 Meccanotecnica Umbra SpA,
the Italian Company leading manufacturer of
mechanical seals, acquired 100% of Cyclam USA
and Cyclam Mexico.
With this acquisition Meccanotecnica Umbra Group,
already active in Europe, Brasil, China and India, will
strengthen its North American presence.
As a result more global and effective service will be
provided to its clients and in particular to pumps
manufacturers for automotive OEM.
The resulting synergies between its R&D
Departments and Production Centres in Italy and in
North America will allow the Group to offer
innovative solutions increasingly more reliable and
competitive.
