With the system "Designed Porosity Surface" it is possible to obtain a better control porosity, noise and leak reduction, giving full satisfaction in every specific customer application.

Most mechanical seals deteriorate due to wear and tear in normal working conditions. Our clients, by sending their worn seals to our Headquarters in Italy, can avail of our Restoration and Reconditioning service which costs a fraction of the price of a new product, even for products that were not originally manufactured by us. The mechanical seal is given a detailed inspection to determine which parts need to be replaced and which parts can be reconditioned. After receiving approval from our client, our service centre will restore the mechanical seal, using only original components, and in all respects will render the product as good as "New".

Mecanotécnica do Brasil has celebrated in recent days his tenth birthday. Founded in March 2001, was the first plant of MeccanotecnicaUmbraGroup abroad. At the party for the ten years have partecipated the workers, external partners, the local political representatives, friends of Mecanotécnica, and many guests invited for the occasion. Following the acquisition of Cyclam North America, Meccanotecnica USA was founded. The Meccanotecnica Umbra Group, already active in Europe, Brasil, China and India, will strengthen its North American presence. As a result more global and effective service will be provided to its clients and in particular to pumps manufacturers for automotive OEM. The resulting synergies between its R&D Departments and Production Centres in Italy and in North America will allow the Group to offer innovative solutions increasingly more reliable and competitive.
